Job Description
As Personal Assistant, you will:
- Provide full administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage and coordinate diaries, meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and handle confidential documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate and plan travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Participate in meetings and take minutes when required.
- Maintain a professional and organised office environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Experience in a similar Personal Assistant role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Interest or experience in the FMCG sector.
