Job summary

Lancashire Independent Living Service is seeking a caring Personal Assistant to support a lady in her home and local community. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and nutrition prompting, with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

The role is part-time (up to 10.5 hours per week) with a £13.00 hourly rate, 5.6 weeks paid annual leave, and eligibility for a workplace pension. A full clean driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a lady within her own home and within the local community.

As a Personal Assistant your duties will include supporting with all aspects of daily life, including meal planning, prompting with nutrition and some aspects of domestic support.

We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is required and you must have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

This is a part time position for up to 10.5 hours per week with an hourly rate of £13.00 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and the opportunity to join a workplace pension scheme.
