Job description

My client, a dynamic and collaborative property development company/family office, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support their five-person development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the heart of a busy environment. This role requires 5 days (Monday – Friday) in their Mayfair office. Who You Are:

  • You will possess 3+ years of previous PA/EA experience, ideally within property/real estate or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Confident with Apple software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Diligent diary and inbox management.
  • Preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with Management Company representatives across the portfolio.
  • Manage expenses and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Provide ad hoc support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support the Office Manager during busy periods and provide cover in their absence, including greeting visitors and managing supplies.
