Join Stockport’s Leaving Care Service as a Personal Adviser to support the increasing number of young people in care and care leavers up to age 25.
You will be motivated to achieve positive outcomes for young people leaving care, with excellent skills in flexible, proactive engagement, understanding trauma, and partnership working with children's and adults’ services.
