Our Children in Care and Care Leavers service consists of a team of Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, and Personal Advisors (PA) across the Newcastle and Moorlands District of Staffordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside professionals from a range of disciplines, including social workers, probation services, police, accommodation providers, housing, welfare benefits, mental health professionals, substance misuse services, and foundations to employment, to support care leavers on their journey to independence.
Some work outside of core hours will be required.
