CareTech is hiring a Support Worker in Milton Keynes to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You’ll provide person-centred support, help with daily living tasks and promote wellbeing within a small care home setting.

No prior experience required; full training and a structured induction are provided. A Level 2 Diploma and Enhanced DBS are encouraged, with a rota that covers evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

Qualificações

• Good communication and listening skills to support adults.
• Basic IT and written abilities for documentation.
• Willingness to work on a rota including evenings and weekends.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required (paid for by employer).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care when needed.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work well in a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
