Job summary

Resideo is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our busy distribution centre at Oldham Broadway Business Park, Greater Manchester. You will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while supporting stock movement across warehouse operations.

This hands-on role suits candidates with attention to detail, reliability and teamwork. Previous warehouse experience helps, but transferable logistics skills are welcome; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident with basic IT systems and stock/inventory tools.
• Strong attention to detail and safe working practices.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move stock safely throughout the distribution centre.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Support stock accuracy through inventory control processes.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and assist team targets.
