This is a busy, target-driven role balancing business development with consultative recruitment—develop relationships, fill permanent roles, and deliver high-quality candidates across the North West.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment consultant role.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Grow your desk through a mix of new business and client development.
• Work on a wide range of office support based permanent roles.
• Speaking with and meeting clients to really understand what they need (not just filling jobs).
• Sourcing and building relationships with high-quality candidates.
• Keeping your pipeline active and moving.
• Working closely with marketing to make the most of warm leads.
• Managing a varied client base across the North West.
• Hitting targets—and being recognised when you do.
