Job description

Job Title: Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Hillingdon, West London

Type: Small Animal

Location: Hillingdon, West London

Practice: An independently owned, two-site practice located on the outskirts of London.

Team: The practices have one Director, two vets, an RVN Nursing Manager, Veterinary Care Assistants, and a reception team. They are seeking a lead vet for each site.

Role: If you're looking to advance your veterinary career and take on a leadership role in a practice full of potential, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Motivated, confident vet to work alongside the Director and Nursing Manager to grow the practice.
  • Sufficient in consulting, surgery, and dentistry; ultrasound skills are a plus but training can be provided.
  • An opportunity to utilize clinical skills and develop leadership and business management abilities.

Working Hours: 4 days per week with 1:3 Saturday shifts.

OOHS: No Out-Of-Hours work and no bank holiday shifts.

Salary: Competitive salary between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
