Job summary

Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests on a 26‑hour-per-week contract with pay up to £13.06 per hour.

From breakfast through dinner, you’ll prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals, and help keep the kitchen clean and organised.

No hotel experience required; we’ll teach you. Permanent contract with guaranteed hours and employee discounts on stays, plus pension and savings options.

• Reliable, enjoys teamwork and can handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
