Job summary

Premier Inn in St Helens is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for 24 contracted hours per week, on a fixed-term contract ending 31/12/2026. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends at Eurolink, Lea Green, St Helens, WA9 4TT.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that form part of guests’ stays, working as part of a team to deliver quality service. No hotel experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is welcome but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
