Job summary

Thrive Group is expanding its Permanent Recruitment Division and is looking for an experienced 360 Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

The role lets you develop and grow your own specialist market, win new business, and manage the full 360 recruitment process from BD to placement, while attracting high-quality candidates and building a successful desk with hybrid working across the South West.

• Proven 360 permanent recruitment experience.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Established specialist sector knowledge and market understanding.
• Track record of winning business and delivering successful placements.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded with ambition to grow desk.
