Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is recruiting a Class 2 HGV Driver for a permanent role in Southampton. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday pattern with a fixed 42 hours per week and starts between 5:00am and 7:00am. You will drive with a Driver’s Mate and handle alcohol deliveries, with newly qualified drivers welcome to apply.

The role provides a competitive salary of £36,500 per year (equivalent to £18.78 per hour) and a stable, full-time contract in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (C) driving licence.
• New passes accepted.
• Maximum 6 points on your licence.
• No DR, DD or IN endorsements.
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused.
• Comfortable with multi-drop work and early starts.
• Physically fit and able to assist with deliveries where required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries with the support of a Driver's Mate.
• Handle and deliver alcohol products.
• Start times between 5:00am and 7:00am.
• Average shift of approximately 10 hours.
• Permanent position for the successful applicant.
