The successful candidate will build trusting relationships, support education and community activities, and contribute to a stable, positive home life.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting children or young people in residential care, EBD or SEMH.
• Caring, patient and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Understanding safeguarding and professional boundaries.
• Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with day-to-day routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development.
• Build positive, trusting relationships and provide consistent support.

• Support education, activities and community engagement.
