DPD Feltham is seeking a reliable HGV Driver to join our national transport team. You will move bulk collections between DPD sites and major customers using a modern fleet with GPS and digital tachographs to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You’ll need a UK Class 1 licence, CPC card and tachograph, with at least 6 months of Class 1 experience. Expect a safety-first culture, professional interactions with dispatchers, and regular vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (CE) Licence, CPC Card, and Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 6 months experience handling Class 1 vehicles.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of UK roads and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines delivering great service.

Responsabilités

• Execute nationwide collections and deliveries, focusing on HGV-friendly locations.
• Manage trailer swaps and oversee live loading/unloading to keep the network moving.
• Use GPS and digital tachographs to manage your route and remain 100% compliant.
• Maintain professional relations with dispatchers and customers across the country.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and prioritise safe driving in all conditions.
