Wakefield Council is looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join the Peripatetic Service at Delacy Gardens, Pontefract. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high‑quality care to people in their own homes.

Your role will include supporting individuals to remain in their own homes, promoting independence and person‑centred care (washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, meals and medication), and working collaboratively with professionals and agencies while
