Job summary

The Harmony Trust Ltd. is seeking a reliable cleaner/caretaker to join our site maintenance team in the United Kingdom.

The role focuses on cleaning, basic building upkeep, and assisting with minor repairs to keep our facilities safe and welcoming. Candidates should be willing to study NVQ 2 or have two years' equivalent experience, be comfortable as a key holder for callouts after hours, and possess basic IT skills for data entry.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake NVQ 2 in related subject or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cleaning and caretaking.
• Handy person/DIY experience for general building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures and regulations (e.g., COSHH).
• Available to be main key holder on occasions and attend to call outs outside normal hours.
• Basic IT skills to enter data onto computers.

Job description

The successful candidates will have:

• Experience of cleaning and caretaking

• Ability to work as part of a team

• To be able to be the main key holder on occasions and attend to “call outs” outside normal working hours.
