Job description

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee our homes in London, with the potential to transition into a Registered Manager role when a vacancy arises.

About the role

You will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, delivering outstanding, personalized care focused on residents' needs and wellbeing. You will manage all aspects of the home, identify business opportunities, oversee budgets, and be responsible for the home's operating profit. Ensuring compliance with regulations and building strong relationships with external partners like Local Authorities and Primary Care Trusts will be key.

Occasional out-of-hours or evening work may be required. You must become registered with the regulator.
