Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner to lead anaesthetic, recovery and scrub teams within the Theatre Department. The role combines hands-on clinical duties with operational leadership to maintain high standards of safety, quality and patient flow across perioperative services.

You will be accountable for delivering evidence-based care, managing staff rosters, supporting theatre utilisation, and acting as deputy for the Department Clinical Leads

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for running anaesthetic, recovery and scrub teams; ensure prompt starts, patient flow and safer anaesthetic practice.
• Escalate issues to ensure safety and compliance; act as deputy for Department Clinical Leads.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care; support theatre utilisation and rota management.
• Assist in budget management for Pay and Non Pay; support staff allocation and audits.
