£12.58 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

A major part of this role involves cleaning the male changing rooms, so we require a Male Cleaner only for this role. This does not affect any other candidate rights. Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9.

As a Nuffield Clean Team Member at our gym, you'll organize your work and plan your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning tasks do not interfere with the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. A friendly nature and good communication skills will help when interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Cleaner, your responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and preparing various areas at our club
  • Showing care for our customers
  • Taking pride in your work
  • Following cleaning processes, being well-organized, and ensuring the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe
  • Using equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, & carpet cleaners)
  • Performing tasks including gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
