  2. Providing services, information, advice, and interventions on infant feeding, safe sleep, self-weigh appointments, reducing isolation, and baby massage.
  3. Managing a caseload of vulnerable families, working within support interventions, planning creative responses to family needs, and delivering support sessions both at home and in the community using evidence-based parenting models.
  4. Maintaining accurate records; computer literacy is essential.
  5. Engaging in partnership working; some evening and Saturday work may be required.

Requirements:

  • At least Level 3 qualification in health, education, childcare, social care, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Child Protection Procedures and Safeguarding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with diverse families.
  • Valid UK driving license, access to a car, and willingness to travel.
