Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Harlow is seeking an experienced Perinatal Occupational Therapist (Band 6) to join our small OT team within the Perinatal Mental Health Service. You will deliver high-quality OT care to mothers in the perinatal period and work as part of the multidisciplinary team in the North West Essex hub.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with perinatal experience.
• Experience delivering OT in perinatal mental health settings.
• Ability to manage autonomous caseload and work within MDT.

Responsabilités

• Lead OT assessments and treatments for perinatal patients.
• Manage own caseload with complex needs.
• Collaborate with maternity, health visiting and social care teams.
• Monitor outcomes and update care plans.
• Support transitions between primary and secondary care.
