Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 4 nursery nurse to support mothers with perinatal mental health on the Thumbswood ward, helping babies bond in a calm, supportive manner and without judgement.

You will work within the MDT, ensure care plans are in place, communicate with parents to aid recovery, assist with appointments and immunizations, and participate in day and night shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Qualifications include BTEC/NVQ3 in childcare and education.
• Understanding of childcare and development and safeguarding.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with parents.
