Job summary

The Perinatal Mental Health Service at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is expanding, offering a new Perinatal Practitioner role to develop and deliver safe, evidence-based care for women, infants and families.

You will work with the Perinatal Clinical Lead and multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans and provide practical advice and support in line with national targets and standards.

Responsibilities

• undertake comprehensive evidenced based assessments and formulation of treatment plans and address Perinatal Service enquiries providing practical advice and support
• work in conjunction with the Perinatal Clinical Lead and Medical Personnel to develop and deliver safe and effective services, in accordance with key national targets, clinical standards, service priorities and key performance indicators
• work in partnership with commissioners and other partner agencies to provide Perinatal Services that achieve the best possible outcomes for service users
