Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's Perinatal Community Mental Health Team is seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to assess and support pregnant women and those with infants up to two years old. The role involves in-depth assessments, coordinating care pathways and signposting to therapies within a multidisciplinary team.

Based in South Derbyshire at the Radbourne Unit, this 37.5-hour post offers hybrid working with home and office rotations.

• Essential degree in mental health nursing or equivalent.
