Job summary

Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an inspirational lead for perinatal education and patient safety. The role focuses on coordinating educational activities, ensuring safety action 8 under CNST MIS, and fostering a culture of learning across the perinatal team.

Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to facilitate and coordinate the educational agenda, including responsibility for safety action 8 of the CNST MIS scheme.

You will be an inspirational leader with recent experience leading a team, role modelling excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills are required to coordinate our clinical effectiveness forum along with the ability to inspire colleagues to engage in review of policies and guidelines.
