University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Perinatal Advocacy, Wellbeing and Family Support Administrator (Band 4) to join the newly established service at St Richards Hospital, Chichester. The role is a 3-year fixed-term contract, full-time 37.5 hours per week, with part-time and job-share options.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Diploma or equivalent experience in similar post.
• Experience maintaining complex databases.
• Experience producing reports, statistics & performance data.
• Experience working within perinatal teams, family support or related services.
• Experience supporting referral management processes and waiting lists.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and NHS admin systems.
• RSA III Typing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, appointments, meetings, training and engagement events.
• Act as a professional first point of contact for women, families, staff and professionals.
• Provide administrative support to advocacy, family support, wellbeing, patient experience and review teams.
• Support Birth Reflections, restorative practice, family engagement and learning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, referral pathways and waiting lists with confidentiality.
• Assist with collection, monitoring and reporting of service data for governance and quality improvement.
• Support referral prioritisation and escalation per approved protocols.
• Collaborate with advocacy teams, family support professionals and MNVP.
