Job summary

The Perfume Shop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager with the daily running of the store and to lead a diverse team to deliver against store targets. You will coach and mentor staff, manage rosters and payroll budgets, and step in as acting Store Manager when required, while ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming in-store experience.

Contracted hours are 17.5 per week on a fixed term contract with a competitive pay rate of £14.49 per hour,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor staff to deliver strong store performance.
