Job summary

The Victory Academy is seeking a motivated Performing Arts Teacher to inspire students across Years 7–13 and deliver a dynamic GCSE-focused curriculum. The successful candidate will join a vibrant team committed to creativity and excellence in the arts.

We welcome applications from ECTs and qualified teachers. This fixed-term role supports maternity leave expectancies and contributes to Artsmark Platinum achievements and an innovative arts culture.

Qualifications

• Proven classroom practitioner with ability to engage and inspire students.
• Experience delivering a dynamic Performing Arts curriculum up to GCSE level.
• Keeping up-to-date with national curriculum developments and assessment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead performing arts lessons across Years 7–13.
• Plan and deliver engaging schemes of work aligned to GCSE requirements.
• Create an inclusive, high-quality learning environment that supports student progress.
