Job summary

Fortice in London is seeking a permanent Performance Tester to design and run performance tests across client environments. You will develop workload and test approaches, script tests, and analyze results to predict production behavior.

Collaboration with development and operations teams is required to tune performance and deliver evaluation reports. The role emphasizes strong tool knowledge (LoadRunner, JMeter), broad tech awareness, and rigorous testing discipline in a dynamic tech-enabled

Qualifications

Experience with performance testing in enterprise environments.
Ability to design and execute tests based on non-functional specs.
Familiarity with testing standards and metrics.

Responsibilities

Produce Workload Analysis Documents and Performance Test Approach documents from project non-functional specifications
Produce performance test scripts, test data, and scenarios in line with the documented approach
Execute performance tests defined in the Workload Analysis Document and Performance Test Design
Document any deviation from the originally defined test scenarios
Log test results and present any extrapolation needed to indicate how the application may perform in a production environment
Work with the Technical Lead and other resources across development and environments teams to rectify and retest issues encountered during testing
Tune application performance
Summarise performance testing in the Performance Test Evaluation report
