Qualifications

• Deep expertise in performance media across activation, planning, measurement, data, technology, commerce and brand growth.
• Proven track record turning propositions into client growth and revenue across multiple clients.
• Credibility with CMOs and senior leaders; translate complex technical details into clear strategic choices.
• Demonstrated commercial impact through organic growth, new business, client transformation and partner development.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled search, discovery, experimentation, retail media and commerce ecosystems.
• Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams and organisational boundaries without relying on direct authority.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with a practical point of view.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Define and codify OMD UK’s performance proposition and scalable frameworks.
• Strengthen C-suite relationships and lead high-value client growth and transformation.
• Turn strategy and partnerships into increased client investment and agency income.
• Integrate performance with planning, strategy, measurement, data, technology and commerce.
• Turn capabilities like AI Optix, GEO, Omni into practical client propositions.
• Build agency capability, coach emerging leaders, reduce dependence on a single individual.
• Strengthen external profile through thought leadership, industry participation and partnerships.
