Job summary

Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in waste infrastructure, seeks a senior Compensation & Benefits expert to lead global programs. You will drive EU pay transparency initiatives, perform pay-gap analyses, and harmonise our Mercer-based job architecture across acquisitions and business lines.

You will support annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking, and modelling, acting as a trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders while advancing reward analytics and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits, global environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices.
• Solid experience in job evaluation frameworks; Mercer IPE is an advantage.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel modelling, data reconciliation).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with very good English; additional European language (e.g., German) is a plus.
