Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller / Entity Controller to support a construction project on a North London site, with 100% presence required on site and close interaction with multiple stakeholders to drive financial performance.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and sector experience in construction, energy, or manufacturing. Fluent English and advanced Excel are essential.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controlling practices.

• Strong analytical skills with structured and results-driven approach.
• Experience working with international teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project / Site and Entity Controller, supporting financial performance and reporting whilst managing and interacting regularly with multiple stakeholders to drive the business performance and advise on all financial matters.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes and lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS-based finance frameworks and internal controls.
• Responsible for external and internal audits, preparation of audited financial statements and compliance with the internal financial controls.
• Monitor project costs, risks, opportunities, and financial performance and work closely with project stakeholders and represent Finance on site.

Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller / Entity Controller to support one of our construction projects in the North London area. The role requires 100% presence on site which is in the North London area and plays a key part in ensuring effective financial control and project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project / Site and Entity Controller, supporting financial performance and reporting whilst managing and interacting regularly with multiple stakeholders to drive the business performance and advise on all financial matters.


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes and lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process.

Qualitiies Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years' relevant experience.


• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controlling practices.

Technical Skills

• Experience in project controlling, reporting, or accounting.


• Strong understanding of project execution and financial reporting.


• Advanced MS Excel and good MS Office knowledge and Tagetik or Power BI knowledge is an advantage.


• Experience setting up financial tools and processes.


• Fluent English.
