Siemens Energy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Performance Program Manager to drive operational excellence across BAU activities, owning KPI management and cross-functional improvement initiatives within manufacturing, assembly and testing operations.

You will ensure data accuracy, own the risk register, deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, and collaborate with senior leadership to sustain world-class delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance control management and continuous improvement in a relevant industry.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in cross-functional project management with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across functions.
• Adept at establishing governance frameworks and ensuring accountability for performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance KPI metrics and continuous improvement initiatives for BAU processes.
• Ensure performance data is accurate, visible, and actionable for stakeholders.
• Own cross-functional BAU performance improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Act as owner of the risk register, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain delivery performance.
• Produce and manage weekly and monthly performance reports with insights for senior leadership.
