Job summary

Siemens Energy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Global Program Manager for Supplier Quality & Development to turn strategic priorities into coordinated global action, working with the Head of Supplier Quality & Development for Gas Services.

You will lead transformation programs across regions and functions, establish governance, drive digitalisation and data analytics, and influence without direct authority to deliver improvements that enhance quality, procurement and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects and transformation programs in a large international organisation.
• Strong program management with governance, planning, risk and executive reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management with influence without authority.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of Supplier Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Supplier Quality & Development projects and transformation programs from definition through execution.
• Drive global harmonisation and continuous improvement of supplier quality processes, governance and tools.
• Coordinate stakeholders and align commitments, dependencies and deliverables across programs.
• Establish robust program governance with milestones, indicators and executive visibility.
• Champion digitalisation, data analytics and data-driven ways of working.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
