YOUR MISSION:
- Provide administrative support to the Performance Merchandising Team in creating footwear, apparel, and accessories ranges.
- Support data analysis of the UKI range from purchasing, forecasting, pricing, and margin perspectives.
- Assist the wider Merchandising Team with local ERP setup for wholesale and DTC ranges.
- Serve as the first point of contact for cross-departmental queries on the performance product range (run / train / hoops).
- Manage key Excel files related to forecasting, pricing, product descriptions, and status.
- Track global critical path processes to meet seasonal deadlines.
- Participate actively in key milestone meetings.
- Create sell-in tools to support Sales GTM processes, such as workbooks, line plans, and price lists.
- Own product setup for run / train / hoops, including internal systems, restrictions, embargos, trackers, and master sheets.
- Develop knowledge of the run / train / hoops UKI market to provide feedback to regional and global teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and compile reports to update on retailer and competitor activity.
- Analyze historical PO and sales data alongside seasonal targets to forecast accurately and optimize SKU efficiency.
- Support sample order placement to meet seasonal needs efficiently.
- Manage merchandising showrooms at season start and pack down for the next season.
- Liaise daily with cross-functional teams to execute account and brand plans, keeping all informed of updates.
- Contribute to a collaborative and harmonious merchandising team, maintaining excellent relationships across functions.
- Review weekly GTM updates and follow through on action points.
YOUR TALENT:
- Relevant experience and/or education in business analytics.

- Occasional UK and overseas travel required.
