YOUR MISSION
- Provide administrative support to the Performance Merchandising Team in creating footwear, apparel, and accessories ranges.
- Support data analysis of the UKI range from purchasing, forecasting, pricing, and margin perspectives.
- Assist the Merchandising Team with local ERP setup for wholesale and DTC ranges.
- Be the first point of contact for cross-departmental queries on the performance product range (run/train/hoops).
- Manage key Excel files related to forecasting, pricing, product descriptions, and status.
- Track the global critical path process to meet seasonal deadlines.
- Participate actively in key milestone meetings.
- Create sell-in tools to support Sales GTM process (e.g., workbooks, line plans, price lists).
- Handle product setup for run/train/hoops, including systems, restrictions, embargoes, trackers, master sheets, and price changes.
- Develop knowledge of the UKI market for run/train/hoops to provide regional and global feedback.
- Conduct regular store visits and prepare reports on retailer and competitor activity.
- Analyze historical PO and sales data to forecast and optimize SKU efficiency.
- Support sample order placement by reviewing seasonal needs to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in merchandising showroom setup and teardown each season.
- Collaborate daily with merchandising, DTC, sales, and marketing teams to execute plans and share updates.
- Contribute to a collaborative and harmonious merchandising team with strong cross-functional relationships.
- Review weekly GTM updates and follow up on action points.
