THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with our Brand & Content team to test and refine creative assets, run A/B and multivariate tests to boost performance, and use data to uncover opportunities for improved user experience and conversion. With a focus on continuous optimisation, you’ll track website analytics, identify conversion bottlenecks, support CRO initiatives with external developers, and maintain dashboards that clearly visualise performance metrics. Your insights and recommendations will help drive smarter decisions and maximise our digital marketing impact.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Content team to test and optimise ad creatives and messaging.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign outcomes (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA).
  • Track and analyse website performance using Google Analytics.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and create actionable strategies for improving on-site user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers (third party) to implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
  • Set up and maintain dashboards to visualize user journeys, KPIs, and conversion flows.
  • Collaborate with sales/rev ops to track lead quality, lead-to-MQL rate, and campaign-level ROI.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders with insights and recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

Knowledge and Experience

  • Solid hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance analysis, and conversion optimisation, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong grasp of attribution, segmentation, and customer journey analysis (e.g., ads > lead magnet > nurture > meeting).
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, Salesforce campaign attribution, and marketing automation platforms like Pardot.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools.

Nice to have’s

  • Experience with SQL, HTML/CSS basics, or web development concepts.
  • Familiarity with climate action, carbon markets, and sustainability initiatives, and a passion for purpose-driven work.
