About The Role

We seek a skilled, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager / PPC Expert to lead our digital marketing efforts. The main focus will be on managing and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads, with secondary responsibilities in Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through performance marketing strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Strong experience in performance marketing, growth roles, or digital consumer brands
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization
  • Ability to manage paid campaigns and budgets
  • Data-driven mindset focusing on growth, ROAS, ROI
  • Understanding of competitor analysis, localization, content development
  • Ability to execute performance marketing solutions effectively
  • Strong communication skills in English

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth
  • Manage campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Oversee display, programmatic advertising, retargeting
  • Manage affiliate channels and partnerships
  • Optimize email and retargeting campaigns
  • Conduct segmentation, competitor analysis, localization
  • Track and analyze campaign performance
  • Use data insights for optimization
  • Perform A/B testing to improve performance
  • Collaborate with creative teams
  • Implement marketing tools and automation
  • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Present reports to leadership
  • Work directly with the CEO
