Job summary

Pivotal London Ltd in South West London is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager on an FTC to own PPC and multi-brand performance budgets. The role is four days onsite, with a 12-14 month term, and includes a strong pension, gym membership and bonus.

You will deliver ROI across PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Display, run testing programmes, optimise feeds and data, and provide clear insights from performance data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience optimizing paid campaigns, especially Google Ads and Affiliates.
• Track record of hitting ROAS/ROI targets.
• Proficient with Google Analytics and Excel.
• Ecommerce background in consumer products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ROI and growth targets across PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Display.
• Run a structured testing and continuous improvement programme.
• Manage feeds, product data and images to boost click-through rates.
• Dive into performance data and share actionable insights.
