Product, Design, Marketing | Creating YOONO - AI Powered Smart Background Screening

AtYOONO, we’re building smart, AI-driven tools that help recruiters make faster, better decisions. We're now looking for ahigh-energy, performance-driven Digital Marketing Expertto help scale our SaaS product within ourLeeds office.

What you'll do

You’ll be the driving force behind Yoono’s growth machine, building, executing, and optimising campaigns that bring in high-quality leads and convert like magic. Expect a hands-on role with big scope, daily experimentation, and fast iteration. You’ll:

  • Own the full performance marketing function across paid social, search, display, retargeting, and organic performance levers
  • Design and launch multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and more
  • Continuously optimise funnels from creative to CTA to landing page to conversion
  • Track performance rigorously, with dashboards and reporting across GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar and other tools
  • Drive growth experimentation by running A/B tests, scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t, and building a culture of rapid iteration
  • Collaborate with content, product, and sales to ensure alignment across the funnel
  • Manage and report on budgets, ROAS, CPL, and downstream revenue impact
  • Explore and implement automation and AI agents to optimise creative testing, media buying and targeting

What you'll bring

  • 3 to 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or high-growth B2B or PLG environments
  • Proven track record in delivering qualified leads at scale
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and ideally YouTube
  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels, CRO, and campaign psychology
  • Comfortable with landing page testing tools (Webflow, Unbounce, etc.) and funnel optimisation
  • Obsessed with data, tracking, analytics, and growth levers and you live in the metrics
  • Curiosity for new tools, especially automation and AI in marketing ops
  • Comfortable with start-up pace including quick decisions, frequent changes, big ambitions
  • Leeds-based or able to work in-office regularly (especially early on) because we believe the best ideas happen in person
  • Experience marketing a category-creating SaaS product
  • Worked in B2B with a B2C flair since we want our brand to feel like a product-led company people root for
  • Background in building demand engines from scratch
  • Exposure to AI-powered or agent-led marketing workflows
