Jaques of London, the world's oldest toys and games company, has been family-owned for eight generations. Founded in 1795, Jaques has invented numerous classic games, such as Croquet, Ping Pong, Snakes and Ladders, Ludo, and many more. Today, Jaques specializes in wooden toys and games with educational benefits, developed by UK teachers. Our office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, and we are not currently open to the general public.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, located in Edenbridge. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to meet business goals. Daily tasks include creating ads, monitoring budgets, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications

At Least 2+ years of Google & Meta Paid Adversting Experience.
Proficiency in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns
Experience managing digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, and social media
Strong analytical skills for campaign performance analysis
Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work on-site in Edenbridge
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in the toys and games industry is a plus
