Our client is seeking a Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager to lead chat-based sales and engagement campaigns across digital channels such as web chat, apps, and WhatsApp for a leading global tech brand.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute chat campaigns supporting flagship product launches across Europe.
  2. Collaborate with CRM, product, and content teams to develop personalized messaging.
  3. Optimize chat scripts and sales flows to enhance conversions and upselling.
  4. Train chat agents using best-practice tools and insights.
  5. Analyze performance data and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
