Qualifications

About us

Enertor is an ambitious UK start-up in the running industry. We sell tools to help runners train harder and recover faster so they can achieve their impossible - whether that be running their first 5k, getting a marathon PB or finishing an ultramarathon.

Endorsed by some of the world’s best runners (including Usain Bolt), we have an exciting growth trajectory ahead of us both in running and beyond. This year we will be launching:

  • A new brand strategy and brand identity
  • New packaging, a new website and new athlete program

Now we just need your help to make it happen.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced growth/performance marketer to take full ownership of our digital marketing . You will lead campaigns across Amazon Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Google Ads, with a focus on ROAS, growth, and efficiency.

This is a high-impact role in a high-growth business. As we scale, this role has the potential to grow into Head of Growth. You’ll work directly with the founder and head of marketing managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and testing strategies that accelerate brand performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, optimize and scale paid advertising across Amazon, Meta, and Google
  • Own the paid media budget and performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CAC)
  • Set up, test, and analyze campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics, create reports, and translate data into action
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to improve CTR, CVR, and overall results
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and new performance tools
  • Collaborate with the team to produce effective ads and landing pages
  • Build toward becoming the Head of Performance as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital channels
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Analytical thinker comfortable with data, KPIs, and reporting
  • Results-driven, performance-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Experience with DTC brands or eCommerce is a big plus
  • Passion for running, performance, or sport is a bonus
