Job summary

Fifty is seeking a Paid Social Performance Manager in London to lead multi-client campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Snap, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You will manage budgets from £5k to £150k monthly, map audiences, report insights, and liaise with clients to drive performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of platform changes, and contribute to a fast-growing, ambitious trading team. A Mac, learning budgets and flexible options support work-life balance.

Your Role

Fifty is looking for a Paid Social Performance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join Fifty at a time of rapid growth. You will be passionate about the industry - staying up to date with new developments, both within social media and media as a whole.

You will work across a diverse roster of clients across a host of industries, including eCommerce, sport, F& B & events and work with a wide range of advertising spend and channels. You will be part of an ambitious, collaborative team of ten traders at various levels who work across Paid Social, Programmatic & PPC.

You will report directly to the Head of Paid Social.

Your Responsibilities

• Creation of sophisticated multi-channel paid social campaigns, including channel selection, forecasting and managing campaign budgets from £5k - £150k per month
• Mapping across prospecting audiences using a library of tribes from the Fifty platform into the social platforms
• Campaign management, optimisation, and reporting, working through every stage of the campaign lifecycle
• Creating, updating client reports and writing commentary to send to clients
• Managing relationships with clients, working as the primary trader on some accounts and the secondary trader on others (supporting the primary)
• Client-facing strategy meetings and performance reviews
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Insights, Programmatic, Search and Client Success teams, to collaborate on larger client campaigns
• Staying up to date with new developments in the industry, both within social media and media as a whole

Your EssentialSkills

• Exceptional Paid Social knowledge, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Snap, LinkedIn and Pinterest
• Proficient use of Keynote, Google and Microsoft suite (Excel in particular)
• Experience running highly sophisticated paid social campaigns, working with multiple clients across various industries with varying budgets
• Experience working with eCommerce clients is a bonus, as is knowledge of DPA and product feed setups
• Ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills; ability to confidently liaise with clients and colleagues alike
• Be a team player and have the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities as seamlessly as possible.
• Experience working with AI tools to support and automate elements of campaign setup, management and optimisation.

Your Extra Skills

• Cross-platform knowledge - experience running ads on Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
• Familiarity with Keynote and Excel (or similar programs)

Your Salary

£35,000 - £40,000 + Company-wide bonus
