This interim role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital leader to steer end-to-end digital marketing strategy during a pivotal phase for a growing UK fashion brand. Focused on performance marketing, budget oversight, and digital project leadership, the position requires a hands-on, commercially minded individual capable of driving results through peak trading periods and laying the groundwork for future growth. Close collaboration with external partners, internal teams, and brand marketing is key to ensuring seamless, aligned campaign execution.

A core responsibility of the role involves managing paid media activity across Meta and Google, optimising performance during high-demand periods, and maintaining strong agency and partner relationships. The position will also lead a strategic review of the marketing mix, helping to transition activity from a mid and lower-funnel focus to a balanced, brand-building approach. This includes contributing to financial year budget planning, ROI modelling, and aligning marketing performance with broader business objectives.

Additionally, the role provides senior oversight on critical digital initiatives, including a Shopify site re-theme, and will guide tracking and measurement strategies to keep performance transparent and actionable. A key part of the brief involves supporting and mentoring the in-house team, ensuring stability and leadership continuity across digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in performance marketing, cross-functional project management, and senior stakeholder communication within a fast-paced ecommerce or fashion environment.
