Job summary

Intec Select Ltd. is partnering with a major EdTech organisation to recruit a Data Analyst for hybrid London work. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights across learner behaviour, product performance and commercial outcomes.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Data Analysis or BI, strong SQL/Power BI skills, and experience with GA4 and digital analytics tools to influence pricing, onboarding and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Data Analysis, BI or Product Analytics
• Must have experience within EdTech, digital learning, online education or assessment
• Strong SQL / MySQL skills
• Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
• Experience analysing digital products and customer/learner journeys
• Strong understanding of digital funnel, engagement and retention metrics
• Experience with GA4 and digital analytics tools
• Ability to translate data into meaningful commercial and product insight
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, A/B testing, CRM or marketing automation platforms would be advantageous

Data Analyst - EdTech / Digital Learning

£40,000-£50,000 + Excellent Pension & Benefits

Permanent | Hybrid - London | 3 Days Onsite per Week

We are partnering with a large global education technology organisation operating across 100+ countries, generating more than £600m in annual revenue and engaging with over 2.5 million users globally.

The organisation is investing significantly in its digital learning products and is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to provide actionable insight across product performance, learner behaviour, customer journeys and commercial outcomes.

Previous experience working within Education Technology (EdTech), digital learning, online education or assessment is essential for this position.

Core responsibilities:

• Analyse learner behaviour, product performance and commercial outcomes
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, datasets and Power BI dashboards
• Analyse customer journeys, digital funnels, engagement and retention
