Job summary

SES Water Limited is seeking a Performance Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across the Production function. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will lead business improvement initiatives, strengthen governance and performance management, and provide specialist support enabling safe, reliable, efficient, and continuously improving operations.

You will collaborate with Production Managers, Maintenance, Finance and Quality teams to identify productivity improvements, cost

Qualifications

• Significant experience in improving operational performance and processes.
• Experience using data to identify trends and risks.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ability to influence change without direct authority.
• Collaborative across ops, technical and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement across the Production function.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs and reports.
• Coordinate and manage departmental action plans to ensure delivery.
• Support Production Managers to improve productivity and governance.
• Drive cost control and efficiency improvements in operations.
• Lead and support improvement projects and change initiatives.
• Facilitate governance forums and performance reviews.
• Use data trends to provide insight and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet company improvement objectives.
