We’re looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Performance, Improvement & Insight Officer to join the newly established Business Insight and Improvement Team within Housing. This role focuses on enhancing service delivery through data-driven insights, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement a performance management framework that drives service improvement and supports strategic decision-making.
2. Develop, monitor, and report on performance and insight data to inform business planning.
3. Support the development of policies, procedures, and effective complaint resolution processes.
4. Provide expert advice on performance and improvement matters, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
5. Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience and promote innovation.
