Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office; can lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform essential functions of the role

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a warm greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge and features with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Handle front and back of store tasks, including POS and payments
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate well with the team in a fast-paced environment
• Promote customer loyalty and explain the Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
